SYNERGIES was born at the beginning of 2002, from the union of twenty years' experience and the competence acquired by its founders as businessmen, managers and salesmen as alternative in classical distribution by means of importers or distributors who, for the societies which did not intend to be structured, represented the only possibility of entering on the italian market.

The increase in the costs of distribution and the high competition have create powerful concentration of brands owned by few companies of distribution. The "Griffes" consequently, lost their singularity, visibility and penetration force, and above all, companies lose direct control on their own projects.

The Euro, the European unified market, and therefore the free exportation of goods make the Synergies project competitive and topical, particularly for foreign companies interested in the Italian market.

The professional experience acquired these last years with foreign partners, enabled us to determine and organize all the services which are necessary for them to enter and work on our market successfully, thus allowing us to become their true and own operational cell on our territory.

The use of an own sales structure presents others valuable advantages, such as:

Since 2008, under the name of SYNERGIES [Beauty Trading] we offer new services, such as a store for a greater speed of delivery and invoicing. This proved to be necessary to overcome the problems involved in the intra-community sales and invoicing, to avoid customers periodically filling INTRASTAT-Statements, and therefore harmonizing differences between countries.
